How we work for you
We have a 5-step process providing you with a superior experience when working with one of our specialized advisors.
Professional Research & Planning Services

DISCOVER
We begin this process with a free 30-minute vacation planning session by phone, in person or video call. We take the time to listen to your travel dreams, goals and preferences so we have a clear vision of your perfect vacation.
– 2 –
DESIGN
After our meeting we will get to work for you! We have an extensive network of travel contacts and suppliers we work with. This allows us to find the best rates and availability for your vacation dreams. We work for you (not the travel suppliers) so we can offer you the best choice for your individual vacation wish list. We will provide you with an initial quote and up to 2 revisions.

BOOKING
Once the itinerary is perfect, we will complete all the reservations for you, adding any extra special touches you may require. All you have to do is sit back, relax and dream about your next adventure.

EXPERIENCE
The day is finally here, and you are off relaxing and exploring. We are still working behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly. And we are available if you need any assistance while you are away.

MEMORIES
After you return home, we will reach out to you so we can hear all about your trip. We love living vicariously through you and learning about your experiences. Your input also helps us to plan an even better trip for your next adventure.

Domestic flights - $20 per 1st person and $10 each additional person on the same itinerary

North America flights - $30 per 1st person and $15 each additional person on the same itinerary

International flights - $100 per 1st person and $50 each additional person on the same itinerary

Frequent Flyer consult - Domestic $20, USA $30, International $100

Domestic hotel packages - $25 to $50 per household (depending on complexity of the request)

Domestic flight & hotel - $50 per household

North America flight & hotel - $75 per household

International flight & hotel - $175 per household

All-inclusive - $50 per household

Guided tour (including flights, transfers, pre or post stays and excursions) - $75 per household

Cruise (including flights, transfers, pre or post stays and excursions) - $100 per household

Fully Independent Travel (including flights, transfers/car rental, hotels and excursions) - $50 to $250 per household

Future Travel Credit Rebooking - $100 per household (originally booked with another agency)

Cancellations - $50 per household

Rescue my booking - $50 to $200 per household (depending on complexity of booking)

Validation of my vacation pick - $50 per household
Services + GST are payable by cash, transfer or credit card after the consult and before any further research is done.
